Our Service — Free Consultation
Our consultation and comparison service is 100% free. We do not charge you any fees for finding or setting up your internet plan. If you cancel service shortly after installation, the carrier may charge a prorated fee or request return of equipment. Key points:

- Installation fees, if waived as part of a promotion, may be charged back if service is canceled within a short period (typically 30–90 days)
- T-Mobile Home Internet: the gateway device must be returned within 30 days to avoid a $370 unreturned device charge
- Always get a confirmation number when canceling and returning equipment
Promotional Pricing & Post-Promo Rates
All plans we advertise are at promotional introductory rates. Standard rates apply after the promotional period ends. If you wish to cancel before the promotional period ends, no early termination fee applies for the plans listed above — however, the promotional pricing and any waivers (installation, equipment) may not apply to a future re-enrollment.
